The Government provides and funds these 5 key training programmes for employers and workers:
SkillsFuture is a national movement to provide Singaporeans with the opportunities to develop their fullest potential throughout life, regardless of their starting points—schooling years, early career, mid-career or silver years.
Though the CET Masterplan drafted by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), employers and workers can tap into various programmes to improve their employability and acquire industry-relevant skills.
These courses aim to enhance productivity so employees can work smarter and more efficiently.

Funding for Training Programmes
All training programmes provided by the Government are funded through:
This fund provides employers financial assistance to encourage them to train and upgrade the skills of their workers. Most businesses tap into this fund for training needs.
This incentive programme allows companies to claim funds through an Absentee Payroll while employees are attending any WDA-Accredited training.
This fund covers skills training programmes that trains and equip individuals with the know-how to perform specific jobs well. It also benchmarks best practices and strengthens employees’ competencies.
SDF-Funded Training Courses
